Mark de Andrade

Mark deAndrade is a native of Atlanta and offers to his clients an expertise in wills, trusts, estate planning, probate and estate administration, and business planning for privately owned businesses. He has a master's degree in the specialized area of estate planning. He is an expert in assisting individuals and families with the disposition of their property and reducing estate and income taxes, the hassles of probate administration, and the strife of family disagreements upon the death of a loved one. In addition, Mark's business practice involves successfully guiding businesses through the business life cycle, including the structure and formation of businesses, the operation of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, and business succession planning.
Mark graduated from Emory University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science and received his Juris Doctor from University of Denver in 1998. While attending law school, Mark became interested in tax law and continued his studies in tax at the University of Miami. He received the degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.) in estate planning from the University of Miami in 1999.
Mark also lectures to the public and professional groups. His most recent speaking engagements include speaking to the Dekalb Junior League regarding estate planning and lecturing to attorneys at continuing legal education courses regarding overcoming challenges with large estates. Mark was also a panelist at a veterans administration benefits symposium regarding complex tax planning.
